I am Mr.Nopporn Makkhongkaew the Director of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area office 2. Oh behalf of the scouts, contingents and commanders who participate in the 7th Southern Border Scouts Jamboree 2011. I would like to say "thank you very much that you have dedicated your time today for the chairman of this opening ceremony"

The scout is an important activity to create the youth in each country obtaining coexistence ,reconciliation skill learning and experience . Thus ,we can see that many countries have realized in this one. The first Southern Border Scouts Jamboree was held at Betong District, Yala Province. Then, in the second, the third and the fourth times were held at Songkhla Province. After that in the fifth and the sixth times were held at Satun Province. And this time we hold at Trang province. The objective of this Jamboree is to strengthen good relationship between boys scouts, girl guides as well as scout commanders of Thailand and Malaysia. This jamboree organizes during July 11 – 16, 2011 at Thai Scout Chalermprakiat Camp, Huaiyod District, Trang Province.

This jamboree is collaborated by the government organization, non-government organization and local government organization and the People in this area.

Woman Leader

In next month, we are going to see the first female prime minister of Thailand, Miss Yingluck Chinawatra from Pheu Thai, the Party won a landslide on the general Election 2011 in this early month. She is going to be the 28th premier of our country and the 52nd female premier of the world.

At the age of 44 years, she deserves recognition of her achievements. In my perspective, most Thai people selected her party because of its outstanding policies.I also observe its representatives with interest that there are still many another women both coming from the constituencies and the party list. But it is a pity that there are still no Muslim members. we are looking forwards to seeing a Muslim minister emerging in her cabinet after we were dissappointed at Abhisit's government that there was no one.

May be our crisis could be solved by the woman leader. We need to wait her abilities. Nevertheless, how the southernmost provinces will be peace if we have not yet gained unjustice in the portfolios.

Flashback: The students of Ban Langsad School and the teachers as well as the headmaster are marching along the street in the village for the "General Election 2011" campaign. June 1, 2011.
