Educational Leadership

During the crisis, however, we onwards cooperate to do our activities. Last week, I presented to my colleagues who are studying together for the Master’s Degree regarding “power leader”. Except some teachers, most of us are the principals in the elementary school.

I also introduced them about East West Center, the institute which understands the global regional issues. May be they would have a chance coming here in next times. I really believe that our serious problem must be solved by educational leaders. Nevertheless, we have to practise more concerning a leadership skill so that we can dominate the corrupted politicians or other bad leaders.

Amidst the gloom there exist opportunities. I hope something is going to become clear in coming soon. Or do not you agree with me? Would you mind commenting this unexpected situation? As you have been monitored the news in this area.

Vision is an important thing for obtaining a great success of our working life. Since I have been here, I have just known that why the united State of America is developed prosperously. One of all is because of there people realizing on their duties. They do their jobs as the responsible citizens. Especially, the Persons who working about education, they will have a good planning before doing something. They are always going to prepare in advance what they want to do as well as arriving at their work place in early morning. Moreover, American live each other with mutual equality. They realize regarding human right. I was surprised when I saw the leader person talking friendly with their staff.

So, after 3 weeks spending in East West Center, Hawaii and moving around US mainland for a school visit, I have come to the conclusion that I don’t only get such a Best Practice knowledge in the classroom but I gain more experiences about a pattern of life as well.

Sunrise at Japan & Sunset at USA

It is my unforgettable experience that I have ever been in both countries before. In 2004, I went to Japan for the Environment Protection Seminar.
Then I had a good chance to enter America for the Educational Management Seminar in 2005.

With long journeys to the brighter destinations, I would like to say that it is because of my English language. It is the language that I have learned for a long time. Considering plenty of obstacle, it could take me moving around the easternmost and westernmost of the world without payments. As you probably know, I come from a poor family and I am also a rustic teacher. I certainly could not go to both prosperous countries
if my English knowledge is very poor.

Thus, I would like to introduce my students including my colleagues that English is very important. It really gives us a great deal of profit. We must learn it intently in order to obtaining a success of our life.

Holiday in Bang Lang Dam

A huge dam was built in 1980. The midst of several mountains, it is situated in Banangsata district and is far about 50 kilometers Yala province.

Surrounded with many natural resources, there are so many beautiful flowers, diverse trees and a lot of animals. For eco-tourism, working up the top of the mountains you can see very beautiful panorama. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Then, there are many resorts or you can relax there with camping

Corruption

Nowadays, corruption still exists in our country. Sometimes we know about a person’s misbehavior, but, sometimes we don’t know the details. I think it is a very difficult problem that the Government may not able to solve throughly.
Why is it so? You may know that the people who are corrupt are normally those who have more knowledge or influence and are well known in there communities. I am very concerned about this problem. When will they abolish it? There are many uneducated and underprivileged citizens in our country, and these people will be really at disadvantage if corruption does not cease.

Anyway, I think we cannot get rid of corruption if there are still selfish and dishonest people. The government ought to find the best way to deal with this problem.

Letter of Interest

The United States of America is a country that I have been looking forward to visiting for a long time. Besides sightseeing, I would like to practice my English Language with native American speakers and to build a good relationship with them. More importantly, I want to know more about the lifestyle.

As I know, the USA is the place worth living in. I have learned this from Thai people who have ever been there. One of them is , the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr.Surin Pitsuwan. He is a sophisticated Thai Muslim man who always desires to improve our society. He said that the USA is the best democratic country in the world. Americans can think and do anything freely. They live with each other peaceably in spite of diverse races. Probably, this is because their leaders have a good vision. I admire John F. Kennedy’s speech all times that he said, “Don’t ask what the country can do for you but ask what you can do for our country”. This speech causes me to love my country as well. I often talk about this with the students of my school including the people in my community so that they can be advanced like Americans. I believe in democracy. So, in my perspective, I deem the USA is a good model for many other countries to follow. This is the reason why I really want to go there.

I hope this Study Seminar in Honolulu can make my dream come true. I will be very glad if I obtain this opportunity to see USA along with my colleagues in the southern part of Thailand. We will gain so many useful ideas that we can take home. From my experiences in USA , I would like to make improvements in my working life. In the future, I hope to be selected as a representative from the people in my constituency. I will take this valuable knowledge to develop my area in order to promote more peace and progress in my community.
