HANMANI MODEL


7 Personnel Administration Process
1.HUMAN: We must select an efficient person at first. It means we have to put the man on the right job and the right time as well. This is the way to make our teamwork so strong and prosperous.
2.ADJUSTMENT: When we gain appropriate teamwork, after that we we have to think what we would like to see our school will be occurred in the future. It means we together create a vision.
3.NEED: However,It also depends on stakeholders whether parents, students or communities. We have to follow their desires. Besides, it is accordance with their cultural and natural context.
4.MANAGEMENT: We make mutual educational administration. Every one coming from diverse careers should participate to administrate the school. We all share opinion and do everything following the School-bases Management's method:SBM.
5.ACHIEVEMENT: Everyone has to monitor every activity that we have create together. Something is success we have to do it onwards. But something is still not progress we have to improve in order to achieve our aims that we have specified them before.
6.NETWORK: It is important that we need to have many networks from various fields. We present our Best Practices to others. Meanwhile, we ask some suggestions from them if any job still not be completed.
7.I LOVE YOU: Someone loves one, someone loves two but we really must love everybody who live in the world. We love our staff, our network and our family. Especially we must love our students like our son or daughter as well.
