Distinguished Guests: Tuan Haji Muhammad Roly Bin Haji Hassan, Director of Curriculum and Art Department Division,Ministry of Education Malaysia ; Mr.Nopporn Makkhongkaew,the Contingent of the Jamboree Camp ; The Commanders and the Scouts both from Malaysia and Thailand.
I am extremely pleased to have this opportunity to be as the chairman in the opening of the 7th Southern Border Scouts Jamboree 2011 at Thai Chalermprakiat Camp today. This Jamboree Camp is a great activity because there are new generations from several places,namely; the 11 States of Malaysia,the Southern and other Regions Provinces of Thailand.The gathering is at their gracious hospitality. The feeling is one of the scouts together.Thailand and Malaysia have created diplomatic relations for along time.We have joined in many activities to encourage the youths to express their true capabilities. The scout pledge and its process are extremely valuable to improve the lives of youths and society if they are performed consistently.
The motto of the Jamboree Camp "The Scouting: Road to Borderless Friendship" is confirmed that the unity, friendship and love will always be happened whether we are far apart or different races. We know that the mutual sharing and respect for each other, are led to reconciliation and peace in our region.
I thank a lot for all participants and who support this activity to be happened and proceeded with the order. I bless this Jamboree Camp gaining a great success that it is in accordance with our objectives.
Now,it is an auspicious occasion that I would like to open the 7th Southern Border Scouts Jamboree 2011 including the century anniversary celebration of Thai scouting as well.
